GROUP ACRO CLASSES
These classes incorporate tumbling, stretching, strength and conditioning, as we work on specialized skills such as cartwheels, walkovers, back handsprings, aerials, and more. Offered Select Sundays 50 Minutes | $32/per child | Limit 10 Intermediate (age 5+) | Advanced (age 7+) Intermediate: Must be working on walkovers and beginner aerial drills. Advanced: Must be close to front aerials, handsprings and back tucks. All sessions expire 6 months after the date of purchase.

Pilates Reformer Training for Dancers
Training on the Pilates reformer is a unique way to incorporate strength and conditioning into your child's training routine. The reformer uses spring-based resistance to achieve deep muscle strength & development, as well as hip, shoulder, and spine mobility.
Depending upon your child's goals, the Pilates reformer may be used for a portion of your private session, or for the entire session as your trainer sees fit.

30-MINUTE PRIVATE LESSONS
Our private 30-minute sessions give dancers, gymnasts and cheerleaders the unique opportunity to learn new skills, with an encouraging and knowledgeable trainer. Our padded (non-spring) floors provide a safe space to build the necessary strength to perform acro skills on stage, and a variety of equipment including the Pilates reformer is utilized to increase strength and flexibility.

All sessions expire 6 months after the date of purchase and require a minimum of 24 hour advance notice of cancellation.
Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be deducted or charged as normal.
MEET JENNY
Jenny has loved dance, gymnastics and fitness her entire life, but found her true passion in working with kids. “They bring such life and energy to my spirit, and I learn so much from them as I'm teaching them! I'm also a mother of 4 beautiful children, so I guess that’s my life calling!”
For more than 13 years Jenny has been teaching children gymnastics, drawing on her own experience as a competitive dancer and gymnast (who qualified for state!) to learn complicated tumbling skills. Now at Sila she blends this gymnastics knowledge with Pilates, yoga, dance and stretching to help children accomplish their goals and learn the importance of living a healthful lifestyle - all while having tons of fun! We highly recommend working with Jenny. She is such a positive and caring gymnastics coach. Her willingness to push our daughter while encouraging her the entire way, has really had a positive impact on her development in gymnastics. Her confidence and excitement about the floor tricks she is learning for dance is obvious everyday. It is amazing to watch how excited Jenny becomes when our daughter achieves something she has been working so hard on! Her enthusiasm is contagious! We are so thankful that we found Jenny and we are so excited to see how much more our daughter will learn while working with her! |
