Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice, known for its ability to reduce stress and anxiety while promoting relaxation. In a typical session, your reiki practitioner will employ gentle touch or hover their hands over your body, acting as a conduit to channel energy from the universal life force to you. This service aims to enhance the flow and balance of energy in your body, thereby facilitating healing.
During a session, you will recline on a massage table fully clothed while your practitioner gently touches or hovers their hands over various areas of your body, including the head, shoulders, knees, and feet. Throughout the session, you can expect to feel relaxed and peaceful, possibly experiencing sensations of heat, tingling, or pulsing in the targeted areas. Reiki induces a meditative state, fosters natural self-healing, boosts the immune system, and aids in the well-being of individuals recovering from trauma, injury, or undergoing medical treatment. Regular sessions can also enhance your ability to cope with stress and improve overall well-being. Sessions are available Wednesdays or by appointment. |

Guided Meditation & Group Reiki

Experience a guided meditation session accompanied by hands-on Reiki energy healing in a group setting. Each class is tailored to a specific theme, such as chakras, elements, or the holistic aspects of our bodies (emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual), among others. Our aim is to foster a deeper connection with ourselves, leaving us feeling more grounded and centered to navigate everyday life.
