Our Pilates Reformer sessions offer a contemporary take on Joseph Pilates' original exercises, providing a safe and challenging workout tailored to each client. Strengthen and tone your entire body as you engage in mindful movements on our Balanced Body brand machines. Led by experienced instructors, our sessions cater to all skill levels and body shapes. Whether you're a professional dancer, elite athlete, or someone seeking improved strength and flexibility, our reformer classes are designed to target muscles throughout your body and deep within your core.
Our small group Pilates reformer sessions are a fun and affordable way to train. Enjoy the benefits of the Pilates reformer machine at a fraction of the cost of personal training. Classes are limited to just 4 participants (ages 14+), so we're able to offer personalized attention to each student. You're guaranteed to get a challenging workout, suited to your individual needs and ability level.
Registration for small groups sessions is available up to 30 days in advance. If you're brand new to reformer, start with a Level I class, or email [email protected] to set up a private session. Prior experience on the machine is required before taking a Level II or Jumpboard class.

One session: $33 Five sessions: $160 (save $5) Ten sessions: $315 (save $15) GUEST PRICING One session: $43 Five sessions: $210 (save $5) Ten sessions: $415 (save $15) Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for 24-hour advance notice when cancelling a group reformer session. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged the cost of the session, as we always pay our trainers. |
