Our Class Schedule
At Sila Wellness, we offer thoughtfully designed small group training, group fitness, and wellness classes for ages 12 and up.
Preregistration is required for all classes. If a class is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist, as openings often become available.
For cancellations, we kindly ask for 12 hours notice for group fitness classes and 24 hours notice for small group Pilates reformer sessions or special events. Group fitness classes require a minimum of two participants to run. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, the schedule will be updated 12 hours before the start time.
