Group ClassesPilates Reformer for Dancers (Two Levels)
Designed especially for dancers, this class uses the Pilates reformer to build strength, stability, and body awareness while reducing the risk of injury. You can expect targeted exercises to refine turnout, improve control, support deeper and safer backbends, and enhance overall fluidity and grace in movement - giving dancers the tools to move with strength and confidence.
Youth Pilates Reformer I (All Levels) Perfect for young athletes, this class uses the Pilates reformer to build strength, balance, and body awareness to help prevent injuries. The spring-based resistance develops core stability, hip and shoulder mobility, and overall control - giving athletes the tools to perform with greater power, precision, and confidence in their sport. Recommended for ages 10+. Youth Stretch + Strength (All Levels) Designed with both dancers and young athletes in mind, this small group session blends mobility, flexibility, and strength training exercises to help maximize your child’s physical potential. Recommended for ages 9+. |

All sessions are designed to improve posture, coordination, body awareness, and confidence - through fun, age-appropriate movement kids enjoy. From aspiring athletes with big goals to kids who simply need extra support moving their bodies, we meet each child where they are and help them grow; physically, mentally, and emotionally. When booking, we'll start by asking for times that work best for you. Then, we match your availability with our studio space and trainer schedules to find the perfect fit.
