What does Sila mean?
Studio Etiquette
- Thank you for being on time for class! Doors typically open 10-15 minutes prior to the class start time.
- Please check in at the front desk or with your instructor.
- We ask that you keep all personal belongings (handbags, shoes, etc.) in the front cubbies (we lock our doors).
- We are a barefoot studio, though socks or indoor-only shoes are welcome. Street shoes are not allowed.
- Our studios are cell phone free zones: in the event that you need to bring your device in, please switch it into "do not disturb" mode and take any calls outside.

Where should I start?
Find our schedule online and choose any class that works for you! If you're just getting into fitness, Pilates Mat I, Vinyasa Yoga I, and Release & Restore are great options. All classes are led by certified instructors, who show modifications for every fitness level. Please arrive 5 minutes in advance so we can introduce you to your instructor!

Do I need a yoga mat?
No, we supply yoga mats, weights, blocks, and any other equipment you'll need at no charge. If you have a yoga mat you love and want to use, you are more than welcome to bring it!

Reservations and Cancellations
The Mindbody App is not allowing me to register for classes - why is that?
In the app, go to:
- Once both the class and waitlist are full, registration will close. Cancellations do happen - add yourself to the waitlist or check back later.
- MINDBODY only allows registration up to 30 days in advance.
- New member? You’ll be able to register once your membership payment is processed. To begin earlier, email us to request a pro-rated start date.

- Profile > Passes > Missing one of your passes? and follow the prompts
- Or Profile > Settings > Resend account confirmation email for step-by-step setup help

When a spot opens in the class, you'll be immediately notified that your reservation has been confirmed via automated email. Yay! If you cannot take the class/session, please cancel your reservation so someone else can be moved into the class/session.

Class Cancellation Policies:
- Group Fitness Classes: Must be canceled at least 12 hours before the class start time. A $15 late fee applies for cancellations made within 12 hours. A $25 no-show fee applies if you do not cancel and do not attend the class.
- Personal Training, Private Gymnastics, Small Group Pilates Reformer, and Special Events: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be deducted from your account.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you experience an unexpected illness, injury, or emergency, please contact us within 24 hours to manage your reservations and prevent additional fees. You may call the studio and leave a message or email us anytime.
Cancellations due to inclement weather:
When winter storms, tornados or other major events are forecast, we try our best to communicate any weather related closures 8-12 hours prior to a class. If a storm is becoming worse than anticipated, we may cancel class up to an hour prior. Class cancellations will always be reflected in Mindbody.

When your membership dues are processed on the first of the month, your small group sessions are automatically added to your account and become available for immediate use. These sessions do not roll over or accumulate.

Guest passes are accrued quarterly and do not roll over from year to year. They are tracked via your Mindbody account. To redeem a guest pass; simply let front desk know you'd like to bring a guest to your next class, or email [email protected] to reserve their spot.
