Emotional Release Breathwork
During this 90 minute session, LuLu combines trauma-informed breathwork with mindfulness practices to help you release deep-seated stress, trapped energy, and unresolved emotions. By integrating mindfulness and controlled breathing techniques, you can access a state of non-ordinary consciousness, promoting emotional healing and resilience.

Lulu first discovered the profound impact of breathwork during her own quest for healing at a meditation retreat center in Thailand.
